Scores of foreign labels in library?

When scanning my OneDrive library, I came across dozens of screens' worth of what appear to be labels related to foreign languages or applications I don't commonly use. Where do these come from, and is it safe to delete them? I'm viewing them on IOS 15.6.1.

  • What you’re seeing are not real files but temporary or cached preview elements that sometimes show up when OneDrive or Word Online misreads templates or formatting data. The German labels like “Kapitelüberschrift” and “Eröffnendes Zitat” are part of default Word style templates, and they can appear as ghost items in your library, especially on iOS. They’re completely harmless and safe to ignore or delete. Usually, refreshing OneDrive, restarting the app, or clearing the cache makes them disappear. If you check your library from a browser, you’ll probably notice they don’t show up there at all.
