What you’re seeing are not real files but temporary or cached preview elements that sometimes show up when OneDrive or Word Online misreads templates or formatting data. The German labels like “Kapitelüberschrift” and “Eröffnendes Zitat” are part of default Word style templates, and they can appear as ghost items in your library, especially on iOS. They’re completely harmless and safe to ignore or delete. Usually, refreshing OneDrive, restarting the app, or clearing the cache makes them disappear. If you check your library from a browser, you’ll probably notice they don’t show up there at all.
