Restrict external sharing

We've enabled external sharing to specific sites in SharePoint, however we would not like to enable external sharing in OneDrive.  Our current settings are as follows but I'm finding I'm able to share ODfB files externally.   With the setting 'let users share OneDrive content with external users' turned off, shouldn't that disallow external sharing on everyone's OneDrive?

      Yep, that should definitely disable external sharing on OneDrive's... Can you confirm that all the settings on that page are saved? (i.e. if you refresh the page, does it still show disabled)? Can you share from all OneDrive's or just 1? And how long has this been occuring? Thanks!
