- Contact Microsoft in your country. These forums are not Microsoft-monitored.
Do so as quickly as possible. Depending on the window of time when the files deleted and secondary recycle bin emptied, Microsoft only has two weeks to find files before they are gone forever.
You should separately invest in backups. for a 3:2:1 strategy, OneDrive will not suffice
