Recovering the missing files in OneDrive's Personal Vault's sub-folders
I had a similar problem. All the folders remain, but they are empty; except one. Only 3 files remain there.
This is very unfair.
Firstly, One Drive should have blocked us from saving exceeded number of files in the Personal Vault.
Secondly, One Drive should have notified us before deleting our important files; that could have to remove them save them elsewhere.
I still hope One Drive would help us to recover our valuable files; which were deleted without notice.
Hi , I also have same problem. I am not able to view my files under personal vault folders. all shows empty folders. let me know if any way recover my files back. My observation is first two levels have files and after that any folder shows empty.

As I never received any helpful information on recovering my deleted files, I have given up hope.
Nowadays, I don't save any valuable files either in One Drive or in the "Personal Folder"; except those that automatically get synchronized.
I keep all types of important files on my hard drive and external hard drives.
