Two days ago OneDrive did not want to sync. And next to all my documents and apps appeared a red circle with a white x in it. Then I uninstalled OneDrive and installed it again. Now I can’t sign in t...
I signed in using a different account and it worked. All my files synced and are back.

Make sure you have your files backed up somewhere beside OneDrive.
