Permission Error in Excel

I have a user for whom two different OneDrive accounts have been configured on the laptop. I can see two OneDrive icons on the taskbar and can see two separate OneDrive folders on the Windows Explorer. The problem comes when I try to open any MS Office file. Files from one OneDrive open without issue but if I try to open the file from the other OneDrive it gives me an error = "We couldn't verify you have the necessary permissions to upload the file" 

The Excel application is signed in with a particular user account. Even if I switch the account to that of the other OneDrive, it still gives this error.

The user has to work on both OneDrive accounts and I cannot remove one OneDrive account from the laptop. 

Please advise how I can configure OneDrive so that files from both the Drives
