People Section in Photos on OneDrive app

Hi, I had this feature working perfectly until August 2024, after that date, it stopped recognizing faces in new uploaded pictures. I have toggled the option on and off several times, but now I don´t pass from a webpage with a hamster running the wheel animated GIF indicating they are working on it and that in 72 hours they will complete the task. 3-months have pass since last time I activated the toggle, I am still getting the hamster. Please help!
