Onedrive shows "Quota limit reached" at 56%

Hi, I can not upload files because ondedrive tells me "Quota limit reached". I have the 5 GB version and its at 56%. I cant even create new folders ect. The recycle bin is empty. So whats wrong? Is there any timelimit to upload files?
