OneDrive sharing

Ideally, they should, but I can think of two reasons:
- The users you are sending to might already have access, so they won't receive the email.
- There might be some sharing settings that could restrict sharing in this way. In certain cases, if IRM is enabled, it might also send an email to owners when you try to share.
