OneDrive says tnot enough cloud space and asks me to free up space, but there are enough space.
Once I click on the "Free up Space" option, it just shows that I have enough space. I opened a ticket since 11/6 and heard nothing since.Same thing from my phone. The ticket was assigned to an agent on 11/7. No one responded. It has been 11 days since I asked for tech support. The problem persisted more than two weeks. Not even sure how I could get ahold of a human. Is my only option to cancel OneDrive and switch to NAS?

It sounds like OneDrive might be misreporting your available storage, which can happen if local cache data or syncing gets stuck. Before canceling, you could try signing out and back into OneDrive on all your devices, clearing the OneDrive cache, or unlinking and re-linking your PC to your account. If that doesn’t help and support still isn’t responding, you might try reaching out via Microsoft’s chat or phone support instead of waiting on the ticket. If you still get no help, then yes, moving to a NAS could be a solid alternative for full control over your files, but hopefully, it won’t come to that!

Tried all that. Didn't work. Someone "resolved" my ticket without solving it. Support doesn't give me a chat option.

I am in a similar position.
When signing out of my account, I was unable to sign back in as if some error is being suppressed.
