OneDrive Removed Folder Without Permission

Was the folder shared? Often people will "Delete" a folder out of their Sync's thinking they are removing it from syncing when in fact they are deleting the contents. Go to the folders original owners onedrive / SharePoint site where the folder was / is and look at the "Site contents > recycle bin" and you'll have the answer you seek. Can always tap audit logs, but the recycle bin is quick and easy.

This folder was not shared by anyone other than myself. I am the owner of the folder. Also, the recycle bin does not have the content that was deleted.
