OneDrive Personal not downloading

Hello,

I am trying to download several large files from OneDrive and it is either stopping or taking a long long time.

I reduced the number of files to download to my desktop and it is still stuck here:

Google photos is so much faster!  

what is going on?

I do use a vpn, the same one Google photos is using, no issues.
