OneDrive no longer creating functional iframe sharing links

My Excel workbook, U-14 WEB.xlsx, displays correctly in Microsoft’s signed-in Embed preview, but its generated embed URL displays a blank page for public visitors.

The issue reproduces:

On our published website

When opening the embed URL directly in an InPrivate window, without Weebly involved.

On multiple devices and separate networks.

With an embed from another account.

A minimal iframe without custom styling, JavaScript, or named-range parameters also fails. Browser inspection recorded: Script error for "o d s p . r e a c t . lib".

Please investigate the public Excel/OneDrive embed-loading failure and escalate to the appropriate technical team if necessary. Our league’s public stats are unavailable.

I am having the same issue started since yesterday, my Embed files are opening in blank.

Hi, the issue seems to be back.

Since around October 30, 2026, embedded Excel workbooks from OneDrive (personal) show a blank white frame again — both inside <iframe> on our website and when the 1drv.ms link is opened directly. Same symptom as in August, just with a new bundle hash:

GET https://res-1.cdn.office.net/files/sp-client/odsp.react.lib-8e01e1f0.js
net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

Uncaught Error: Script error for "odsp.react.lib"

In August the missing file was odsp.react.lib-f74dfea2.js; now it's odsp.react.lib-8e01e1f0.js. So it looks like the same deployment/CDN sync problem has come back with the latest release.

Details:

- Affects multiple workbooks across two different OneDrive personal accounts.

- Reproducible in Incognito (no extensions, no cache).

- The redirected URL contains migratedtospo=true, in case it's specific to migrated accounts.
