OneDrive missing folders

Had One Drive for a while and all folders and pictures were backed up in 2021.  However, photo folders from 2022, 2023 and 2024 aren't syncing and showing in One Drive online yet are in my PC One Drive folder.

I'm using a PC.  In my folders I have a One Drive folder that I use for saving everything in now.  I've tried to manage this, right click on the taskbar cloud - settings - account - choose folders - sync your files to this pc. The sync all files and folders in One Drive box is blue with a tick. But the folders listed below all have ticks in but only some are blue - my pictures is one of those boxes.

When I go into Back up folders on this PC all the files are toggled to Back Up yet have 0KB Backed Up next to them.
