OneDrive lost all my files

Two days ago OneDrive did not want to sync. And next to all my documents and apps appeared a red circle with a white x in it. Then I uninstalled OneDrive and installed it again. Now I can’t sign in to my personal OneDrive and if I sign in online I can’t access any files. It says something went wrong. And then server error 500.

please help

    What URL are you using to access OneDrive?
    Where did you purchase your OneDrive license ? ( I'm concerned you've bought a scam or fake licence).
    Suggest you contact Microsoft in your country. These forums are not monitored by Microsoft

      Mike Williams I brought it my licence from microsoft. I don’t know which URL I use. But the little cloud in the taskbar is white with a diagonal line through it. If I click on the cloud and then on sign in, with my email address, it does not sign in

        You said you signed in online. But it seems you're signing in on your (Windows?) desktop.
        " it does not sign in" doesn't give us any information about what happened. Are there error messages?

        Try signing in from onedrive.live.com from your desktop browser. Also try from another device such as smartphone or tablet.
