Well, there is the FirstRun key under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\OneDrive\Accounts\BusinessXXX, but it doesn't seem to trigger the first run experience in my tests.
You can always send them few slides via email or put a video on some internal site (or Stream).
