OneDrive blocked because of Access Policy violation
I am not aware I violated the Access Policy - how can I get further information on what I did wrong and what to do to get unblocked again? thanks - any hint appreciated!
My Microsoft account hasn't been working and there is no way to recover. I have two-step authentication, but for some reason, the recovery methods will not work as intended. And everything I read on MS support websites are telling me I'm doomed if the methods fail to work.
The system sends a code to my alternative email, then when it attempts to send to my number, it fails. And from there, nothing works
Microsoft is basically saying all the data and memories stored in my OneDrive account are now closed to me forever. How can this be? Note, the account I am using right now is not my own, but rather someone I know.
Please, someone help me!!!
