OneDrive - OneNote shortcuts cant' be deleted

Hi,

Has anyone come across this before.
Onedrive stating it cannot delete onenote shortcut from OneDrive. 
I use Onedrive on a daily basis however the last modified date is incorrect.

Any suggestions?
