one drive syncing is too much slow
i have a good connection but still the syncing is very slow 😞 (25KB i have searched for issues but nothing is helpful any help please
John Twohig I use 2.500 MBit only for my Computer. I have Not many Files and sync ist very slow changing or creating a single File with some KByte.
Your Idea ist completely wrong. It is a Onedrive problem.
If you have Antivirus or other similar client services running then that can have an ENORMOUS effect on your sync speed.
- No Change with disabled AV
Not really surprising. If the AV was causing a significant slowdown in performance I think that would indicate that the computer was severely underpowered. The last thing someone would want to do is to disable antivirus in synced locations. That would be the quickest way to spread a virus through the company.
- The problem ist onedrive and not the AV! Therefore no improvement with disabled AV. No problems with Dropbox. Dropbox allways synced in a second. Onedrive needs a very Long time. It is faster to copy the file on a USB stick and load it on anorher machine from the stick.
