one drive syncing is too much slow
That is not my problem. I share the files only with two other computer in the same LAN. I have only 3 GB of Data in Onedrive. I want all files offline.
If I create a file and want to continue work on the next machine, I can sit and wait a long time until it appears. That is no way to work with. I used Dropbox before and a new file appears within seconds on all PCs. I want the same with Onedrive.
That is not normal. If I drop a file into my OneDrive in File Explorer it shows up in the cloud pretty much instantly and the same thing the other way around.
I sometimes do a speedtest when things seem to be slow. Internet providers are not always as reliable as they like you to think. I often try things both from home and the office to see if I get the same behavior.

John Twohig It shows up in the cloud, but it did not appear on other machines. If I make a change on one PC and open five minutes later this file with another one, I get the old file version opened. I did not work with the cloud version of the file. I always open the local copy.
My Internet is very reliable. Speedtest says 2295 MB/s, as my Ethernet adapter is limited to 2.5 GBit. My fibre has 8 GBit/s.
- RedNectarApr 15, 2022Brass ContributorIt seems these ridiculous sync speeds are a common problem. I have 80Mb/s and 20Mb/s upload speed, not being used by anything else - AND it's a holiday weekend - internet speed are SUPER fast, yet it took an HOUR to sync two files of just under 1 GB each. This is a PATHETIC service. The problem is exacerbated for me because the file I'm waiting for to sync is a template - if I start a NEW document based on this template it will use the OLD template. Already 20 mins since I saved the template and it has uploaded 255KB of 1004KB. The same size file on Dropbox takes a few seconds. That's the difference. Seconds vs hours. Dropbox vs OneDrive/Sharepoint. PATHETIC
