Hi Levi630,
the error message "Hmmmm... can't reach this page" with "ERR_CONNECTION_FAILED" usually indicates a network connection issue.
but, various factors may cause your shared link to not function properly:- Sharing Limits: It's possible that you've reached your sharing limits.
- Account Validation: Microsoft might need to validate your account.
- OneDrive Status: Ensure that OneDrive is operational.
- Organization Restrictions: Your organization may have disabled or restricted sharing.
- Recipient's Account: The recipient might not have a Microsoft account. To troubleshoot, consider these steps:
- Attempt to share a different file or folder to check for consistent behavior.
- Check if recipient has a Microsoft Account
- Check your organzational sharing settings
- Ask the client to share a link with you to test its accessibility.
- Try using “Private Mode” or “Incognito Mode” in your browser.Unable to share OneDrive files - Microsoft Support
