The best action you can take is to avoid using OneDrive. Microsoft doesn't understand basic cloud technology. Use Google Drive, Dropbox, or Sync.com. Microsoft employs sales and marketing people tasked with pushing Co-Pilot on you. Co-pilot is not MS tech because MS lacks engineers capable of developing software technology. Google Drive, Dropbox, or Sync.com, on the other hand, actually employs skilled engineers. Furthermore, Co-Pilot, which is half-baked, will eventually replace 365 Apps. I will be migrating to Google Workspace soon, which is a far superior SaaS solution along with Gemini.
