Uninstall OneDrive Completely
Open PowerShell as Admin:
# 64-bit Windows
%SystemRoot%\SysWOW64\OneDriveSetup.exe /uninstall
# 32-bit Windows
%SystemRoot%\System32\OneDriveSetup.exe /uninstallAfter this, OneDrive should not reinstall unless you manually run setup.
