can you provide more information?
When was the user created? What licence does it have?
I can only write you standard steps for troubleshooting:Wait a little bit longer: Sometimes, it can take longer than 24 hours for all services and features to be fully provisioned for a new user.
Check the license: verify that the assigned license includes OneDrive.
Clear browser cache and try accessing the admin center again.
- Remove the licence from the user and add it again.
