one drive files on demand feature

I followed the link and downloaded the update but I still do not get the option to enable files on demand. Is it still not availabel or am I doing something wrong?

- You enrolled in Windows Insider, and updated to the latest Insider Fast build 16215 ? It's not an app you download, more like a whole operating system update.
