Not possible to add new folder in OneDrive.
Hi, Some users can't add a new folder in their OneDrive. They don't see the NEW button in the screen. I try on different devices Also on device where everything works fine.

I have the same issue. I have checked and I have access right in this device Lenovo Latitute. I have also valid subscription unti l 2026 and I have more than enough storage space. I am also the main subscriber.
