Latest OneDrive Preview sync tool now sync's Shared with Me content

Well this could be related to the preview itself and you are seeing this feature because It was promissed at Igite and Microsoft is adding this capability to OneDrive Sync Client so they can meet the goal of releasing (leaving the preview) before the end of the year. You might open a support ticket so Microsoft can help you on this
