Issues with SharePoint online synchronised files

Is anyone having an issue where SharePoint online files are synchronised in the OneDrive app and show as green and the correct metadata but not the correct up to date file?

 

Also having an issue where the file is green and i can see it on the C drive, but when i open the file it attempts to open a file from online whcih says it doesnt exist and then attempts to open the local synced copy and also says it doesnt exist, even though i can see it there in the C:\Users\{Username}\{TennantName}\{Folder}\File.xlsx
