I have trouble with my onedrive on my phone S22 ultra for plan 100gb i paid
To contact Microsoft's OneDrive team, open the app, click your profile photo in the top left, and then Help and Feedback > Report a problem
If you can't do that, contact Microsoft billing in your country

i paid 44,000 vnd for 100gb free 6 month package of onedrive on Samsung galaxy s22 Ultra phone but can't use it on onedrive app in my phone
My one drive is still only 5gb, no upgrade to 100gb. When I click Upgrade Button on App, this is Stuck
when i press the upgrade package button on the app the screen shows unable to register the package and asks to go back to onedrive. Can I send a screenshot of my phone so you can understand?
In the end, I look forward to fixing the problem and using the 100GB plan I paid for instead of the current 5G plan on the app. I have proof of paying to buy a 100gb package on Google Pay, it shows through my purchase history on CH Play and my phone screen captured photo.
I Looking forward to receiving support from OneDrive.
