I can't loging into my microsoft 365 Education onedrive

My dear friend, I am a doctoral student at Zhengzhou University in Henan, China.In 2021, I appied for an account on the microft official website through my personal email (account: email address removed for privacy reasons) given by my college. Registered a Microsoft 365 Education Edition (account: email address removed for privacy reasons). After that, I successfully used the onedrive service. During this period, I stored a large amount of data, but after a year, I can login my account in internet, but can't reach my data though onedrive, error code: 0x8004deed.

This account is very important to me , there are a lot of personal data on it, if possible, I am willing to restore my account by purchasing Microsoft365 services.
