I cannot login my school account to my computer to stop syncing my account with my desktop
This is what they've showed me, anyone has any ideas?

Error Code 1200 is a sign-in authentication error, and it's typically caused by:
- A problem with your Azure AD / Microsoft 365 school account
- A misconfigured browser session or cookie
- A corrupted Windows account token (especially if you're trying to log in to OneDrive sync on your computer)
- School policy restrictions (e.g., login blocked by your admin)
From the screenshot:
- Correlation ID and Error Code 2148073494 suggest a token or certificate issue, often on the Azure AD / school configuration side.
- Your school IT admin can:
Review the error via the Azure AD logs
Confirm your device isn’t blocked or disabled
Re-enable login for your user
Reissue a clean login token
You can forward them this info + screenshot and say:
“I'm receiving error code 1200 and error 2148073494 when trying to sign into OneDrive or disconnect my school account from my Windows device. Can you please check if there’s a conditional access policy or expired token causing this?"
Beforehand, you could try this:
Clear Cached Credentials in Windows
If you're trying to sign out or stop syncing OneDrive with your school account:
- Go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school
- Select your school account
- Click Disconnect
- Restart your PC
- Try signing into OneDrive again
If you can’t disconnect:
- Try it via Work or School Account settings in the Control Panel (search: Credential Manager > look under "Windows Credentials")
Or/and…
Clear Browser and Microsoft Edge Cache (if using browser sign-in)
- Sign out of all Microsoft accounts in your browser
- Clear cookies & cache
- Ctrl + Shift + Del → Clear all time → Cookies + Cache
- Restart your browser (or try Incognito/Private Window)
- Visit: https://onedrive.live.com and log in again
Hope this helps you
