How to save to someone else's OneDrive storage
MathieuVandenHautte I understand what you’re saying but how does that allow me to save to the Construction Management main storage?
Hi Christine,
So first you have to add the files and folders to a shared storage space (SharePoint Team site document library) and give owners and members permissions via the Microsoft 365 group. This approach is highly scalable and manageable because (extra) owners and member can be added or removed at any time (e.g. onboarding and offboarding employees).

Only owners and members can access and edit the content in this library via their Office Web Apps or they can sync the files and folders using their OneDrive Sync Client. The sync allows them to access the files and folders in their Windows File Explorer so they can be viewed or edited by using their Office Desktop Apps.

When using the OneDrive Sync Client, files and folders can be accessed on demand or kept offline on their devices.
Please note: OneDrive is a sync and not a backup solution! I strongly advise using a third party solution such as Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 to backup OneDrive and SharePoint content (to another ecosystem).
