You will need to find a trusted hard drive recovery technician in your local area. This is not something a OneDrive forum can help with.
Have you logged into OneDrive via another device or web browser to see what files are there. Zero byte local files are either a reflection of stubs to uploaded files or some other system failure out of scope of a forum.
Remember file synchronization is NOT BACKUP. You still need to backup and test the validity of backups.

Thanks Mike Williams,
Sorry..., I forgot to mention, I'm one of those technicians and humbly, I have experience in these issues. But this is the first time I've encountered this situation and I couldn't resolve it...., I really can't copy those files and from what I could see, I estimate it's something about the permissions of those files....

But I really can't find a way to recover those files..., as I mentioned before, there is no way to copy the files, not even with robocopy, xcopy, etc...., not even booting with a linux and accessing the filesystem....
That's why I mentioned that it must be something at permissions level, that makes the files to be recognized as symbolic links (although obviously, they are not).
This is really the first time I see it..., do you have any suggestions?
Thank you very much.
