That's great if they are inside the org and are using OneDrive already but this is for people who aren't in the order and probably don't have OneDrive.

That anyone external to your org and without Office 365 licenses will be able to add files without viewing content. Their is no other feature than this one built in the Office 365 that let you achieve this.
