Having Trouble Installing OneDrive on Microsoft Surface Pro 9 with Microsoft SQ3 Processor

Here is the final answer. It was getting blocked, because there were some x86 elements in Office that blocked the x64 version of OneDrive. In fact, I couldn't get any version of OneDrive to work.
I uninstalled Microsoft Office 365 Apps for Enterprise. I made sure everything was uninstalled by looking in Add/Remote Programs. Then I downloaded a new x64 version of Microsoft Office 365 Apps for Enterprise. That installed OneDrive with the package. OneDrive worked after that.
