Folder Name in Windows Explorer - Require OneDrive Username instead of Company name

I have 2 clients;

Client 1 - OneDrive displays as  'OneDrive - FirstName LastName' in Windows explorer for all users.  (Microsoft 365 E3 licenses.)

Client 2 - oneDrive dispalys as 'OneDrive - Company Name'.  (Office 365 E3 licenses.)

Trying to get Client 2 to display 'OneDrive - FirstName LastName' for all users. 

I've seen the registry fixes but believe there is a better solution or explanation to the difference.

Any ideas? 

*Would it be Group policy related? I don't have access to Cleint 1 AD but know they have loads of GPo's. No oneDrive GPO's in Client 2.
