Experiencing un-shared/shared files duplicating in OneDrive

Hello,

I've been trying to research why my files are duplicating in OneDrive. Some are shared files, others are not. They are not labeled with PC information but simply labeled:

Test File 2

Test File 3

Has anyone experienced this issue and can direct me on how to fix it?
