Downloading photos from onedrive only allows a .json format.
welcome to the Microsoft community, my name is Recep I'll be happy to help you today.
This seems to be a rare issue. Here are some possible solutions that you can try:
1. Make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser and clear your browser cache and cookies.
2. Try using a different web browser or device to access OneDrive and download the photos.
3. Check if you have enough storage space on your device and OneDrive account to download the photos.
4. If you are using the OneDrive app on your device, make sure you have enabled the option to download files in their original format. You can find this option in the app settings under Camera Upload > Advanced Options > Upload files in their original format.
5. If you are using the OneDrive for web, make sure you are selecting the photos or the folder of the photos that you want to download, and not the JSON file that contains the metadata of the photos. The JSON file has a .json extension and is usually hidden by default. You can show or hide the JSON file by clicking on the View menu and toggling the Show hidden items option.
