Creating Albums in Photos
I cannot create a new album in OneDrive/photos. I always get a "File Name Already Exists" message, even if I name it something completely random. Any thoughts?
Check if an album with the same name (or similar names) already exists.
Avoid using special characters like slashes (/), colons (:), or quotation marks ("), as these can cause conflicts.
If you’re using the OneDrive web app, the error might be caused by cached data, Clear the cache and cookies.
Ensure you have the latest version installed. Outdated apps can sometimes cause unexpected errors.
Check your OneDrive storage quota by logging in to the OneDrive web interface and looking at the bottom-left corner.
