Confused about my Onedrive files

I am using an IPad Pro.  I have a Microsoft cloud icon on my home screen that takes my to my OneDrive files and I can see all my files and folders as I expect.  When I log into onedrive.com I only get a partial list and few of the folders I have created show up.  What’s the deal?

Based on your description, it seems that you can access all your files and folders through the Microsoft cloud icon on your iPad Pro, but only a partial list of files and few folders show up when you log into OneDrive.com.

This could be due to a number of reasons, such as a syncing issue or a problem with the web app.

1.Sync Issue: There might be a sync issue between your iPad Pro and the OneDrive website. You can try to manually sync your files and see if that resolves the issue.

2.App Reinstallation: Uninstalling and reinstalling the OneDrive app on your iPad Pro might help. Before you do this, make sure all your files are backed up.

3.Check iCloud Settings: In your iPad settings, go to iCloud > Apps using iCloud, and ensure that OneDrive using iCloud is ticked off.

4.Background App Refresh: Make sure Background App Refresh is enabled for OneDrive.

5.Restricted Characters: Check for restricted characters in your file names.

6.Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser cache can help resolve issues with web apps. Here’s how to do it for some popular browsers.

Deleted I Google how to sync my iPhone and my iPad cloud Drive. I signed into the cloud on both my iPad and my iPhone and it looks like that fix the problem. Thank you.
