Cant make a new subfolder or upload file to shared folder

Hi all,

I will try here, because the microsoft support is not able help me (or is able, but i cant reach anybody from). I have few folder which I share with some people. They can make subfolders and uploads file here. Now its impossible for them make new subfolder or upload files here. Any help there please? Thanks all.
