    Hi John,

I have used this before but it does appear buggy.  Is there a way to check on the Microsoft Account what Samsung account is connected?  I cant find this or is this only on the Samsung site (which also I cant find!).

I ask as I am trying to troubleshoot a problem and would like to unlink and then relink to see if that corrects things but its proving problematical!

    regards,

    Andy

The problem with the generic response is that it doesnt help troubleshoot when it doesn't work.

I am full aware of the benefits and how it should work but unfortunately, it is not allowing me to connect the Microsoft account with the Samsung account.  The error message (not clear) says the Microsoft account is already connected to a different Samsung account.  I have been into any known or potential Samsung accounts and Microsoft accounts and looked to clear out any links but I still get an error message.

Anyone else found a way to check this?

      Andy
