Two main points to know you have the preview:
(1) The installation implies some manual work from your side
(2) You will see all the new stuff that is in the preview: selective sync, no limitiations in the number of items to be synchronized, etc.

By the way, new build 17.3.6673.1011 appeared. Any ideas how to receive notifications new preview appears? I see this info from time to time only in different blogs.

Thanks for the heads up! The only strategy I've been able to come up with is to manually check from time to time, which is not much of a strategy at all...
