Hi Valeriy7000,
Sorry or having this issue, but this is not (due to OneDrive) it's actually due to you when you deleted the files, however, you can go to the 2nd stage recycle bin and restore your files from there (if it's a business account)
If not, then i guess you might want to try any software for restoring your files as personal account does not have a second-stage recycle bin. That feature is limited to OneDrive for Business only.
