Adding image caption in OneDrive Business is not working, but it works in OneDrive Personal

Captioning in OneDrive Personal has problems as well. I can add a caption to a photo that is visible when you view it accessing OneDrive via a browser. However if you use the OneDrive app (either Apple or Android) there is no way to view the caption. Additionally the caption does not appear to be indexed.
Has anyone got any ideas?
