Adding a second OneDrive account for Windows 8.1

I'm trying to Add a second OneDrive account in an employee's notebook PC running Windows 8.1.

But there is no Account tab or button in the OneDrive app, to add additional accounts.

What am I missing?

Is there a workaround?
