I just received confirmation that we can continue to offer the Power Apps per App nonprofit grant offer for new customers for at least three (3) months. Please note that there continues to be no change for existing Power Apps per App customers; they can continue to use and renew this offer. The 3-month extension applies to new customers only. We will continue to provide updates on this topic during monthly community calls. Hope this helps.

As MSFT stated it; the PA Per App is end-of-sale, not end-of-life. Meaning, existing PA Per App customers can keep using, renewing and increasing existing PA Per App subscriptions. Yet not purchase new subscriptions.... THOUGH!!! as of yet PA Per App is still purchasable 😋
