We love to hear about completed projects! Please see some guidance here from the Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit Partner Readiness Guide: Stay connected and share success
A couple points to consider:
- The opportunity lifecycle can be managed in Partner Center from start to close. Managing opportunities in Partner Center is the best way to give us, and other partners that you may be working with, visibility.
- Once a project is completed, stories can be nominated for case studies and/or amplified on social media.
chriszimney - can you please share where in the linked pages we can find where to submit the details of a completed project? Most of the links seem to be related to sales deal processes.

chriszimney unfortunately, the "Microsoft Tech for Social Impact Partner Reference Nomination" form does not pertain to the requirements the AppSource team has for being able to add an AppSource consulting listing. That's the process we're trying to understand, rather than the process for nominating success stories.
