Commercial segment offers include Non-Profit products in January 2024?
Hi,
I'm looking through the new Jan 2024 price list to see which are the offers that cannot be bought as per the Dec 2023 announcement, but I can see some Non-Profit SKUs in the Commercial segment; these can actually be bought (see an example in the screenshot below). Is this a mistake of some kind?
Appreciate any input, β
Anna

- MartijnElfersBronze ContributorNo these will not be available to purchase (yet). In the latest announcement Microsoft shared that they're having some issues with nonprofit in NCE, thus they've postponed the timeline a bit. I assume that what you're seeing here is one of these issues.

Thanks for the reply! The issue was, the SKU is marked as Commercial, but it has 'Non-profit pricing' in the name, and it could be purchased - so I wasn't sure was it a commercial or a non-profit one. It has an end date of 02.01.24 so I guess it's just a way of Microsoft to address the price list inconsistencies.

Hi Anna_V , There were a number of inconsistencies in the price list that was published for January and the intent of the product team to provide clarity with the February preview on what is not going to be purchasable until March, with release Wave 1 of the nonprofit pricing then. This should mean that you get the clarity on the offers mentioned in the February preview.
